Smith & Allan Post Treat Biocide - Treatment of Bacteria in Cutting Oil

Post Treat Biocide is a broad spectrum biocide intended for the treatment of bacterial and fungal infected, water extendable cutting fluid emulsions. The product is designed to treat bacteria and eliminate bad odours caused by bacterial infection and fungal infections, eliminating the build-up of slimy deposits; Post Treat Biocide does not affect the performance or stability of the emulsion.

For optimum results water extendable cutting fluid systems should be should be subject to treatment on a regular basis (once weekly) with a low level of Post Treat Biocide, rather than repeated unacceptable bacterial levels been reached and then attempting to treat with large uncontrolled quantities of Biocide.
