As general rule, orders totalling up to 5Kg/5 litre are sent via Royal Mail, who deliver in 2-3 working days (excluding paint products which will be sent by carrier; see below)
Orders totalling over 5Kg/5 litre are sent via carrier, who deliver in 1-2 working days. Our cut off time for order processing is 2pm. If your order is placed before 2pm you would generally receive it the following day. However, to guarantee next day delivery you would need to choose either pre 9:00, pre 10:30, or pre 12:00 in the delivery options.
Orders Placed before 2pm will be processed the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following working day.
If your order, either parcel or pallet is undeliverable, then a re-delivery charge will be applicable.
Payment is to be made by credit card, debit card or direct debit through PayPal.
If you have one of the following post codes you would need to select 'Scottish Highlands' in the delivery options:

Royal Mail doesn’t class an item as missing for 15 days, so if a parcel isnt delivered, we will have to wait until this period is over before we can dispatch replacements.
Any item delivered damaged needs to be signed for as damaged. If this isn’t possible you will be required to send a photograph of the damaged goods and e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org so a claim can be processed.
For orders that are cancelled or returned we will charge an 8% restocking and admin fee of the item price and we will not refund the cost of the original shipping. The return service used by you must cover the value of the contents, if not and the item goes missing you will only be able to claim the cover of service sent. We will not refund you the difference.
If you receive a defective item please contact us immediately and we will exchange for a new item as soon as possible. Postage will be covered by us. All items are sent with postage insurance included in the shipping price.
Items will be sent to your address in the order process. If you are using PayPal and wish to send to a different address than the one linked with your PayPal account, you must add the different address in the PayPal notes section of the payment. By purchasing from our website you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined. If you have any doubts you should contact us before purchasing.
There is a £50 +vat administration charge for export orders. Minimum order quantity for export is £100 +vat. Orders over £1000 +vat are exempt from the admin charge.
